SUE ELAINE MAYCROFT (TIMS)
January 23, 1962 – November 28, 2008 (Age 46)
Sue Elaine Maycroft – Tims, 46, of Crystal Lake, passed away Friday, Nov. 28, 2008, at her home.
She was born Jan. 23, 1962, in Oak Park.
Sue was a homemaker and worked as a letter carrier for the U.S. Post Office in Crystal Lake. She was an active member of Harvest Bible Chapel in Crystal Lake and enjoyed ceramics, stained glass and, most importantly, spending time with her family.
She is survived by her beloved husband, John B. Tims, whom she married in Crystal Lake on May 12, 1985; her loving children, Nicole Tims of Algonquin, Marissa Tims of Crystal Lake and Benjamin Tims of Crystal Lake; her dear mother, Edith Maycroft of Crystal Lake; her cherished brothers, Earl (Faith) Maycroft of Algonquin, Keith (Rachel Oliver) Maycroft of Fort Myers, Fla., David (Nancy) Maycroft of Cary and Chuck Maycroft of Grand Island, Neb.; and her nieces and nephews, Mark and Matthew Landvick, Bethany, Eric, Luke, Ian and Victoria Maycroft and Kristen Hagen.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ira Maycroft.
